    “All we really want is for you to leave full and happy. Then, and only then, is our job done well.”

    It started as breakfast in a little hostel called The Light House. Hungry guests kept asking for food, and we mean hungrrrry, so we started making it. Questionable looking breakfasts, community dinners, hearts thrown in for seasoning.

    Turns out people liked it. A few names and a couple of restaurants later, here we are: four spots, one weird name, and a menu that borrows from California, Montreal and Vietnam.
